Post-construction control survey

A post-construction control survey, or an as-built survey, is usually completed at the end of construction. The survey depicts changes made during construction.

A post-construction as-built drawing includes:

  • changes made during construction;

  • the aboveground pre-construction situation that was preserved;

  • underground utility networks.

The post-construction as-built drawing also indicates the heights of the buildings and the coordinates of corner points.

A post-construction control survey signed by a surveyor is required when applying for a building use permit.

The completed control surveys are in accordance with regulation No 34 adopted by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Infrastructure on 14 March 2016.
